Definitely swap Vader's voice back to raspy. Also, it's great to see Anakin's engineering side displayed. His suit really should've been top of the line by ROTJ with his incredible skill. Also, for the voices: To make them more in-scene, add more reverb and look into removing/boosting some frequencies. Lastly, be careful about music over all scenes. Some scenes should be music free or have their sound lowered.

It would be cool if Disney actually used some of the ideas in these AI videos, especially things like Vader living in a controlled environment such as an entire apartment that functions like a large meditation chamber, where he could just walk around without being encumbered by his suit, tinkering with gizmos and gadgets that makes his daily life a little more comfortable.... obviously behind Sidious' back, of course.

It would show that, at least to some extent, that he's still human.

In canon Sidious is aware that Vader tinkers with the Suit and even gave him his blessing to continue to do so

Seems a bit silly. Palps knew Anakin was good at building things. He knew him from a small boy. Thinking that he would have a problem with customisation of his own suit seems really absurd. Maybe get a dumber apprentice?
