you cant prevent them all you need is smtp server to spoof a email .. old times we had domains smtp extractor so we could extract google smtp servers and try them which are accesible then use a software which use smtp server to send the email thats it all you need is to identify in old time we use it for keyloggers when the keyloggers were installed we needed the keylogger send it self without any windows or internal support and if it fails the keylogger emails remains in system so had to try different servers more over you need sometimes a valid email from a domain.. Also you can see smtp servers and ip address of the person just be opening the email and see full headers option

avoid words that turn on anti-phishing bots such as, loginsnow!!!, watch out, security and others, avoid domain names that mimic large domains. obfuscated all assets especially html, complete dns records. I separated the phishing domain and the domain to send emails (and I only use smtp from email services), and boom...my emails always go to the main inbox.

This metod of course DOES NOT work ... I suppose on any public hosting provider. I tried this metod 1:1 - sending failed. I think providers are blocking that kind of suspicious actions.

While this method may be effective but you didn't mentioned that msot web hosting, is subscription and not free so smtp may be better option but currently it don't work only if you had a domain name and verified it , and you still can't change domain name as you want inly personale domain, do you think they are any way currently?
